• 10+ years of hands‑on Oracle HCM Cloud and/or PeopleSoft experience.
• At least 3 end‑to‑end Oracle HCM implementation projects.
• Strong functional expertise across Core HR, Recruitment, Compensation, Learning, and Time & Labor.
• Hands‑on experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, Fast Formulas, OIC, HCM APIs, HCM Extracts, and HDL.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support end‑to‑end Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects from requirements gathering through deployment.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Oracle HCM solutions.
• Configure and support Oracle HCM modules including Core HR, Recruitment, Compensation, Learning, and Time & Labor.
• Develop and maintain HCM reporting and analytics using OTBI and BI Publisher.
• Create and maintain Fast Formulas to support complex HCM business requirements.
• Design and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Work with HCM APIs, HCM Extracts, HDL, and related Oracle data‑management capabilities.
• Collaborate with HR, business, IT, and implementation teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support testing, defect resolution, data validation, deployment, and post‑go‑live activities.
• Provide technical and functional guidance to junior Oracle HCM resources.

• Configure and support Oracle HCM modules including Core HR, Recruitment, Compensation, Learning, and Time & Labor

About you

• 10+ years of hands‑on Oracle HCM Cloud and/or PeopleSoft experience

• Strong functional expertise across multiple Oracle HCM modules, particularly Core HR, Recruitment, Compensation, Learning, and Time & Labor
• Hands‑on experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, Fast Formulas, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), HCM APIs, HCM Extracts, and HDL
• Strong understanding of Oracle HCM architecture, integrations, data flows, and implementation methodologies
• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion AI Agents, VBCS, and Redwood is highly desirable
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills
• Must be willing to work onsite and accommodate shifting schedules when required
