Job summary

Our Clients in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Oracle Finance Specialist with strong techno-functional expertise in Oracle ERP Financials to lead design, configuration, integrations, implementation and ongoing support across core finance processes. You will design end-to-end solutions, govern design with audit and regulatory standards, guide development and finance teams, and drive data migration, testing, and user training in Agile/Scrum environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on Oracle ERP Financials experience.
• At least 3 end-to-end Oracle ERP Financials implementations.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Oracle Finance Specialist with strong techno-functional expertise in Oracle ERP Financials. The role will be responsible for solution design, architecture, configuration, integrations, implementation, and ongoing support across core finance processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and optimize end-to-end solutions and architecture for Oracle ERP Financials.
• Support seamless data flows and integrations across Finance and other enterprise functions.
• Provide expertise across core Oracle Finance modules, including:

General Ledger (GL)
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Accounts Payable (AP)
Fixed Assets (FA)
Cash Management (CM)
Subledger Accounting
Tax

• Establish design governance and ensure solutions align with audit requirements, financial regulations, and architecture standards.
• Provide technical and functional guidance to development and support teams.
• Oversee system configurations, changes, testing (SIT/UAT), data migration, development, and cutover activities.
• Conduct user training and provide functional support for planning and budgeting activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to communicate and implement complex finance solutions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands‑on experience with Oracle ERP Financials.
• At least 3 end‑to‑end Oracle ERP Financials implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes, including:

Quote to Cash
Record to Report
Procure to Pay
Strong knowledge of financial operations and reporting integrity.
