Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Architect to lead architecture and design for enterprise HCM platforms. You will align HR processes with global systems, govern integrations, and drive security and governance across modules.

The role requires extensive hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud/PeopleSoft experience, multiple full-cycle projects, and strong collaboration with stakeholders in an Agile environment. Oracle HCM certification is advantageous.

About Our Client

Job Description

• Lead the end-to-end architecture and solution design of Oracle Fusion HCM platforms, ensuring alignment with wider enterprise systems.
• Design and enhance HR processes across modules such as Core HR, Recruitment, Performance Management, Benefits, Learning, Compensation, and Employee Helpdesk.
• Oversee integrations between Oracle HCM and other business applications using Oracle Integration Cloud, APIs, and data migration tools.
• Establish and maintain security frameworks, including role-based access controls, privacy standards, and governance policies.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to convert requirements into detailed functional and technical documentation.
• Support project planning, delivery estimations, and implementation activities across the Oracle HCM lifecycle.
• Manage quarterly platform updates, monitor system performance, and evaluate new AI and automation capabilities through proof-of-concept initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops and provide expert guidance on translating business requirements into effective technology solutions.

The Successful Applicant

• Over 10 years of practical experience delivering Oracle HCM Cloud and/or PeopleSoft solutions.
• Proven track record of completing at least three full-cycle Oracle HCM implementation projects.
• Strong expertise across multiple Oracle HCM modules, including Core HR, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Learning, and Workforce Management.
• Experience developing reports and configurations using OTBI, BI Publisher, and Fast Formulas.
• Solid hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud and enterprise integrations.
• Deep knowledge of Oracle HCM APIs, HCM Extracts, and HDL data-loading tools.
• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion AI Agents and Redwood/VBCS capabilities.
• Experience working within Agile and Scrum delivery environments.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Oracle HCM certification would be advantageous.
