Job summary

HRTX is seeking an Oracle HCM Cloud Developer to enhance and maintain Oracle HCM products. The role involves designing, developing, testing, and delivering production support in a collaborative team environment, reporting to the HCM Technology Manager.

The candidate should have 3+ years of experience with Oracle HCM tools, including BIP, OTBI, and integration cloud, HDL/HCM data extracts, and be willing to work in a shifting schedule if needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Oracle HCM-related development and support.
• Proficient with Oracle BIP and OTBI Reports, Oracle Integration Cloud, and HDL/HSDL/HCM Data Extracts.
• Knowledge of JIRA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work on enhancement, maintenance and product support of existing Oracle HCM products.
• Design, develop, test and provide production support following standards and guidelines.
• Iteratively enhance standards and guidelines based on lessons learned during development/maintenance.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Include, but are not limited to:

• Work on requests that pertain to enhancement, maintenance and product support of existing Oracle HCM Products.
• Design, develop, test and provide production support following the company'sstandards and guidelines.
• Iteratively enhance the set of standards and guidelines based on lessons learned during application development/maintenance.
• Work in a team environment, reporting to the HCM Technology Manager.
• Must earn the respect of project teams, project managers and the user community, as well as the management team.
• Must be able to make sound decisions based on incomplete information, under pressure and maintain project focus.
• Act independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience and proficient in
• Oracle BIP and OTBI Reports
• Oracle Integration Cloud
• Data Loaders (HDL, HSDL, HCM Data Extracts)

Good to have (not required)

• Knowledge in JIRA
• Knowledge in Oracle HCM Core HR, Recruiting, Talent and Performance, Learning, HR Helpdesk, Compensation, Benefits.
• Willing to work on shifting schedule as needed
