Job summary

Maestro BPO OPC is seeking an experienced Senior Oracle SCM Cloud Specialist to lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud SCM implementations in a hands-on, implementation-focused role. The candidate should have strong functional expertise across multiple Oracle Fusion SCM modules and experience with integrations, data migration, and APIs.

Ideal candidates will deliver multiple Oracle Cloud SCM implementations, collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams, and stay current with Oracle Fusion AI

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience delivering Oracle SCM Cloud solutions.
• At least 3 end-to-end Oracle Cloud SCM implementation projects.
• Strong functional expertise across multiple Oracle Fusion SCM modules.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion AI Agents / AI-enabled capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in end-to-end Oracle Cloud SCM implementations.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Oracle Fusion SCM solutions.
• Configure and support Oracle SCM Cloud modules across: Order Management/OTC, Procurement, Manufacturing, WIP, BOM, WMS, OTM, GTM, and Planning.
• Work with stakeholders to identify process improvements and optimize supply chain workflows.
• Support integrations between Oracle Fusion SCM and third-party/internal apps using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Develop and support data migration activities using FBDI and other Oracle data-loading mechanisms.
• Work with Oracle SCM APIs for integrations and extensions.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Oracle SCM Cloud Specialist to lead and support end-to-end Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Management implementations.

The ideal candidate brings strong functional expertise across multiple Oracle Fusion SCM modules, combined with hands-on experience in integrations, reporting, data migration, and Oracle SCM APIs.

This is a senior-level role suited for an Oracle SCM professional who has successfully delivered multiple Oracle Cloud SCM implementations and can work effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and implementation partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in end-to-end Oracle Cloud SCM implementations, from requirements gathering through deployment and stabilization.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Oracle Fusion SCM solutions.
• Configure and support Oracle SCM Cloud modules across:
• Order Management / Order-to-Cash
• Procurement
• Manufacturing
• Work in Process (WIP)
• Bills of Material (BOM)
• Warehouse Management / WMS
• Transportation Management / OTM
• Global Trade Management / GTM
• Supply Chain Planning
• Work closely with business stakeholders to identify process improvements and optimize supply chain workflows.
• Support integrations between Oracle Fusion SCM and third-party/internal applications using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Develop and support data migration activities using FBDI and other Oracle data-loading mechanisms.
• Work with Oracle SCM APIs for integrations and system extensions.
• Develop and support operational and management reporting using OTBI and BI Publisher.
• Participate in solution design, testing, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Troubleshoot functional and integration issues and provide root-cause analysis.
• Work with technical and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of Oracle SCM solutions.
• Stay current with Oracle Fusion Cloud capabilities, including emerging Oracle Fusion AI Agents and AI-enabled SCM capabilities.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in:
• Order Management / Order-to-Cash
• Procurement
• Manufacturing, WIP and BOM
• Logistics, WMS, OTM and/or GTM
• Supply Chain Planning
• Hands-on experience with OTBI and BI Publisher.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Strong knowledge of FBDI and Oracle SCM APIs.
• Experience working across functional and technical teams in large-scale Oracle implementations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Willingness to work onsite and on shifting schedules as required.

Preferred

• Experience working on complex, multi-module Oracle Fusion SCM transformations.
• Exposure to Oracle Fusion AI Agents / AI-enabled capabilities.
• Experience with integrations involving third-party logistics, warehouse, procurement, manufacturing, or planning systems.
• Oracle Cloud SCM certification is an advantage.
