Job summary

Our Clients in the Philippines seeks a Senior Oracle HCM Specialist to lead design and delivery of enterprise HCM solutions across Oracle HCM Cloud and PeopleSoft. You will shape end-to-end architectures, integrate with ERP modules, strengthen security and data governance, and guide ongoing HCM improvements.

You will manage architecture definitions, end-to-end integrations via OCI, HDL, OTBI, and APIs, and translate HR requirements into actionable functional and technical specs while supporting

Qualifications

• 10+ years delivering Oracle HCM Cloud or PeopleSoft solutions.
• 3 end-to-end Oracle HCM implementations completed.
• Functional expertise across Core HR, Recruitment, Compensation, Learning, and Time/Labor.
• Hands-on with OTBI, BI Publisher, and Fast Formulas.
• Experience using Oracle Integration Cloud and HDL.
• Knowledge of HCM APIs, HCM Extracts, and HCM Data Loader (HDL).
• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion AI Agents, VBCS, and Redwood UX.
• Experience in Agile environments using Scrum.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize solutions across multiple HCM areas including Core HR and Recruitment.
• Govern integration approaches between Oracle HCM and other systems using OCI, HDL, and APIs.

• Translate HR requirements into clear functional and technical documentation.
• Contribute to project delivery planning and effort estimation.
• Manage quarterly Oracle HCM updates and monitor system performance.
• Conduct PoC initiatives to assess AI and automation capabilities.

Role Overview

The Senior Oracle HCM Specialist will lead the design and delivery of enterprise Human Capital Management solutions across Oracle HCM Cloud and/or PeopleSoft. This role combines functional and technical expertise to develop end-to-end architectures, integrate HCM with other enterprise platforms, strengthen security and data governance, and support the ongoing enhancement of the HCM environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end architecture for Oracle Fusion HCM modules, ensuring reliable data flows and effective integration with Financials, Procurement, and Supply Chain solutions.
• Design and optimize solutions across Core HR, Recruitment, Performance Management, Benefits, Learning, Compensation, and HR Help Desk.
• Establish and govern integration approaches between Oracle HCM and other enterprise systems using Oracle Integration Cloud, HCM Data Loader, and APIs.
• Define and improve role-based access controls, data privacy measures, and global security policies within the HCM environment.
• Translate HR requirements into clear functional and technical documentation.
• Contribute to project delivery planning and support effort estimation.
• Manage quarterly Oracle HCM updates and monitor overall system performance.
• Conduct proof-of-concept initiatives to assess AI and automation capabilities.
• Facilitate techno-functional workshops and translate complex HR processes into practical functional and technical specifications.

Required Experience and Technical Expertise

• At least 10 years of hands-on delivery experience with Oracle HCM Cloud and/or PeopleSoft.
• A minimum of three end-to-end Oracle Human Capital Management implementations.
• Functional expertise across multiple HCM modules, including Core HR, Recruitment, Compensation, Learning, and/or Time and Labor.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), BI Publisher, and Fast Formulas.
• Practical experience using Oracle Integration Cloud.
• Deep knowledge of Oracle HCM APIs, HCM Extracts, and HCM Data Loader (HDL).
• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion AI Agents, Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS), and the Redwood user experience.

Preferred Qualification

• Oracle HCM certification is an advantage.
