Job summary

Philtech Inc. seeks a senior Oracle SCM Cloud Architect to define and optimize end-to-end architecture for Oracle Fusion SCM. This role leads enterprise design workshops translating complex business needs into scalable, future-state architectures using Oracle PaaS/SaaS.

Responsibilities include governance of data migration, API and system integrations, and design of custom VBCS apps. You will guide the team on supply chain operating models, KPIs and modernization roadmaps, while enabling agile

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on delivery experience on Oracle SCM Cloud.
• At least 3 End to End Implementations on Oracle Cloud SCM.
• Functional expertise across modules: Order Management, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Planning.
• Hands-on experience with OTBI, BI Publisher.
• FBDI and Oracle Integration Cloud experience.
• Deep understanding of Oracle SCM APIs and FBDIs.
• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion AI Agents.

Job description

• Define and optimize end to end architecture for Oracle Fusion SCM. Lead enterprise design workshops to translate complex business needs into scalable , future-state Oracle PaaS/SaaS architectures.

Module Expertise

• Architect , optimizesolutions across key domains like Order Management , Procurement, Manufacturing (WIP, BOM), Logistics (WMS, OTM/GTM) and Supply Chain Planning

Integration & Data Migration

• Govern data migration strategies and oversee API/system integration (using OIC, REST/SOAP, FBDI) between Oracle and third-party or legacy systems

Customization

• Design and Optimize custom vbcs apps that leverages integrations to and from Oracle SCM

Stakeholder Engagement

• Translate SCM requirements into actionable functional and technical documentation, assist on project delivery and estimates effort. Guiding the team on supply chain operating models , KPIs and modernization roadmaps.

Lifecycle Governance

• Manage quarterly Oracle SCM patches , monitor system performance, and conduct Proof of Concept projects to validate AI or automation features.

Soft Skills

• Strong techno/functional workshop facilitation, capable of translating complex functional processes into functional and technical specifications.

QUALIFICATION/ SKILLS REQUIREMENT:

• 10+ years of hands-on delivery experience on Oracle SCM Cloud.
• At least 3 End to End Implementation experience on Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Management.
• Functional expertise across multiple modules Order Management (Order to Cash), Procurement, Manufacturing (WIP, BOM), Logistics (WMS, OTM/GTM) and Supply Chain Planning
• Hands on experience with OTBI, BI Publisher
• Hands on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud , FBDI
• Deep understanding on Oracle SCM APIs , FBDIs
• Familiarity Oracle Fusion AI Agents
