KMC Solutions, on behalf of InHealth Philippines, is seeking a Senior Business Process & Operations Manager to lead operational excellence across the organization. The role is onsite at BGC, Taguig City, and requires hands-on leadership to ensure delivery of services aligned with business goals.

The ideal candidate will drive process transformation, governance, and performance improvements, partnering with senior stakeholders and multi-functional teams in a dynamic, multinational environment.

Formación

• 5+ years in operations management, preferably healthcare or BPO.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage KPIs, SLAs, budgets and governance.
• Experience in offshore/shared services is advantageous.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement across global operations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient service delivery.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational transformation.
• Develop and implement governance frameworks and policies.
• Monitor performance via KPIs, SLAs, quality standards, and reporting.
• Oversee budgets, resource planning, and capacity forecasting.
• Manage risk and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead change management and adoption of new processes.
• Mentor and develop team leaders and managers.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Build relationships with internal and external partners to ensure consistent service delivery.
