Job summary

Johnson & Johnson, Manila (Manila, Philippines), is recruiting for a Manager, Process Excellence. This role leads end-to-end process design and continuous improvement across Global Business Services to simplify, standardize, and enhance service delivery for customers and employees.

The position emphasizes cross-functional leadership, data-driven problem solving, and collaboration with digital/automation teams to implement scalable workflow solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Quality, Information Systems, or related field
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, or related discipline preferred
• 6–8 years of relevant experience in process design, continuous improvement, operational excellence, business transformation, service operations, supply chain, or related fields
• Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end process design or improvement initiatives in complex cross-functional environments
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, BPM, Agile, or related certifications preferred
• Experience in healthcare, medical devices, life sciences, manufacturing, or regulated industries a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead design and continuous improvement of end-to-end commercial and service-delivery processes across Global Business Services
• Develop and maintain process architecture, maps, workflows, requirements, controls and ownership models
• Identify variation, bottlenecks, rework, handoffs, quality risks, and opportunities to standardize work
• Prioritize improvement opportunities using data, feedback, and stakeholder insights
• Lead cross-functional process reviews and design workshops with regional partners
• Establish process governance, documentation standards and performance metrics
• Build a portfolio of improvement initiatives with scope, benefits, risks, and execution plans
• Collaborate with digital and automation teams to translate opportunities into system enhancements and workflows
• Define measures of process health, service quality, and efficiency; drive corrective actions
• Support change adoption with stakeholder engagement, training inputs, and documentation
• Develop team capability in process design, Lean problem solving and data-driven improvement
• Foster change across shared-services organizations; familiarity with Scrum/Agile
