MiniMed seeks a Senior Business Process Project Management Specialist to transform the OTD&I landscape and lead cross-functional projects in a hybrid Manila setting. You will shape process governance, maps and documentation while guiding change management across stakeholders.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in BP/PM, strong process and CRM tooling experience, and excellent English communication to partner with global teams and deliver measurable improvements in cost-to-serve and customer
