Job summary

TGT Global is seeking an experienced operations leader in Metro Manila to drive performance across multiple client accounts and teams. You will oversee workforce planning, client partnerships, and service delivery, ensuring seamless operations and strong stakeholder engagement.

The role emphasizes strategic advisory with a hands-on approach to improving processes and operating efficiency within a dynamic BPO/professional services environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operations leadership experience required.
• At least 2 years in an Operations Manager role.
• Experience managing multiple teams and key client accounts.
• Background in client management, workforce planning, and service delivery.
• Experience leading TLs, ATLs, SMEs and cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on with process improvement projects and operational initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple teams and key client accounts to drive performance, engagement, and retention.
• Develop and coach Team Leaders, Assistant Team Leaders, and SMEs to meet targets.
• Build strong client partnerships and act as a strategic advisor on operational and people matters.
• Partner with clients on workforce planning, headcount, training, KPIs and initiatives.
• Drive process improvements and innovations across client accounts.
• Oversee site readiness, onboarding/offboarding, disaster recovery escalations, and coverage.
