Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (required).
• At least seven (7) years of leadership experience in healthcare operations.
• Experience in a global captive center or shared services environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day operations of assigned teams, ensuring activities align with US healthcare protocols, patient safety guidelines, and standards.
• Oversee scheduling, patient navigation, patient resource support, provider support, revenue cycle, and accounts receivable for designated populations.
• Provide oversight of clinical operations, ensuring adherence to healthcare protocols, safety requirements, quality standards, regulatory obligations, and timely care.
• Coordinate administrative operations, maintaining service accuracy, supporting provider activities, ensuring data/report integrity, and meeting productivity targets.
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members through goal setting, performance management, and career development initiatives.
• Act as primary liaison between shared services teams and US healthcare leadership for communication and alignment with business objectives.
• Cultivate high-performing teams through collaboration, accountability, and ongoing development.
• Champion process optimization and improvements by implementing best practices and acting on stakeholder feedback.
• Assess evolving operational requirements and introduce process enhancements aligned with business priorities and strategic objectives.
• Maintain compliance with quality, service, and regulatory requirements across all areas of responsibility.
• Facilitate organizational change by leading teams through transitions with clear communication and adaptability.
