Job summary

IONOS, a leading European provider of cloud infrastructure and hosting, seeks an Operations Manager in Senior Management to drive market KPIs and coordinate with team leaders for performance and availability.

You will coach Team Leaders, align cross-functional teams, and leverage data to drive improvements while focusing on customer experience and operational excellence. 5+ years in people management and a Bachelor’s degree are required.

• 5+ years of experience in people management
• Customer communication experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

• Sets clear goals and measurements, drives team results to achieve organization goals
• Coaches and develops a team of Team Leaders/Support Leaders into a highly responsive unit
• Ensures Team Leaders are coaching and communicating with their teams through regular sessions and observations
• Utilizes a coaching model to help leaders self-assess methods for success
• Leads constructive two-way dialogue between Team Leaders/Support Leaders and other functions to drive operational excellence
• Uses diverse development approaches to grow Team Leaders/Support Leaders
• Applies Situational Leadership to delegate and adapt coaching styles
• Uses Performance Development Planning for career development
• Manages time to prioritize and drive results through high-impact coaching
• Establishes global relationships across leaders and units for information flow and feedback
