IONOS is seeking an Operations Manager (Senior Management) to oversee market KPIs and drive performance across shifts. You will collaborate with team managers and departments to ensure production goals are met and performance remains consistent.

Strong communication, coaching, and data-driven decision-making are essential to lead Team Leaders toward customer experience and business targets. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in people management, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and a proven track
