Qualifications

Overview:

Senior Operations Associate plays a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate fulfillment of aftersales requests and adjustment of transactions related to bank products and services (e.g., e-wallet. deposits, loans, credit cards, QR payments/acquiring transactions).This position ensures all requests are handled within service level agreements (SLA), with a strong focus on compliance, reconciliation, and stakeholder coordination. The role requires a high degree of attention to detail, process ownership, and continuous improvement mindset to support a seamless customer experience post-transaction.
