Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of experience in banking operations, preferably in fulfillment, reconciliation, or post-transaction support.
• Exposure to financial adjustments, exception handling, and documentation preparation. Familiarity with operational risk controls, SLA management, and reconciliation tools.
