Job summary

Maya is the all-in-one money platform bringing Filipinos bolder ways to master their money. The Senior Operations Associate will ensure timely aftersales fulfillment and accurate post-transaction support for bank products and services, with emphasis on SLA compliance and risk controls.

Based in Manila, you will coordinate with stakeholders, handle reconciliations and adjustments, and drive process improvements to deliver a seamless customer experience post-transaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in banking operations, preferably in fulfillment, reconciliation, or post-transaction support.
• Exposure to financial adjustments, exception handling, and documentation preparation. Familiarity with operational risk controls, SLA management, and reconciliation tools.
