Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is looking for an experienced Order to Cash (O2C) Senior Manager to lead end-to-end O2C operations and drive process improvements across credit, billing, collections, and cash application. You will manage a team of O2C professionals and collaborate with Finance, Sales, and IT to optimize cash flow and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or related field or equivalent experience.
• 12-15 years in Order to Cash or related Finance function.
• Min 5 years in an O2C managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of O2C processes: collections, credit, invoicing, cash application.
• Proven experience leading teams and driving process improvements.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Excel; SAP experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end O2C operations including credit management, billing, collections, cash application, disputes, and customer master data.
• Coach and develop the O2C team and foster a high-performing culture.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Credit, Customer Service and IT to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Monitor O2C metrics such as DSO, aging, bad debt provisioning, collection effectiveness, and cash application performance.
• Identify and drive process improvements, automation, systems migrations, and transition initiatives.
• Drive initiatives to reduce O2C cycle times and improve cash flow and customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOX requirements, and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate O2C performance, risks and improvements to senior stakeholders.
