Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care in Metro Manila is seeking an experienced Order to Cash (O2C) Senior Manager to lead end-to-end O2C operations, driving credit management, billing, collections, cash application, dispute handling, and customer master data.

You will lead a team of O2C professionals, collaborate across Finance, Sales, Credit, Customer Service, and IT, and champion process improvements and automation to improve cash flow, efficiency, and customer experience.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years in Order to Cash or related finance function.
• At least 5 years in an O2C managerial role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accountancy, or Commerce.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Order to Cash operations, including credit management, billing, collections, cash application, disputes, and customer master data.
• Manage, coach, and develop the O2C team while fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture.
• Partner with Finance, Sales, Credit, Customer Service, and IT to resolve operational issues and improve processes.
• Monitor O2C metrics: DSO, aging, bad debt provisioning, collection effectiveness, cash application.
• Identify and lead process improvements, systems migrations, and transition initiatives.
• Drive initiatives to reduce O2C cycle times and improve cash flow.
• Ensure SOX compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Manage escalations and communicate O2C performance to senior stakeholders.

We are looking for an experienced Order to Cash (O2C) Senior Manager to lead end-to-end O2C operations and drive operational excellence across credit management, billing, collections, cash application, dispute management, and customer master data. This role will lead a team of O2C professionals, partner with key stakeholders across the organization, and champion process improvements and automation to improve cash flow, efficiency, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee end-to-end Order to Cash operations, including credit management, billing, collections, cash application, disputes, and customer master data.
• Manage, coach, and develop the O2C team while fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
• Partner with Finance, Sales, Credit, Customer Service, and IT to resolve operational issues and improve overall process execution.
• Monitor key O2C metrics, including DSO, aging, bad debt provisioning, collection effectiveness, and cash application performance.
• Identify and lead process improvement, automation, systems migration, and transition initiatives.
• Drive initiatives to reduce O2C cycle times, improve cash flow, increase accuracy, and enhance customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOX requirements, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Manage escalations and effectively communicate O2C performance, risks, and improvement initiatives to senior stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accountancy, Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 12–15 years of experience in Order to Cash or a related Finance function, with at least 5 years in an O2C managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of O2C processes, particularly collections, credit management, invoicing, and cash application.
• Proven experience leading teams and driving process improvements, systems migrations, or operational transitions.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications; SAP experience is an advantage.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Accounting, Finance, or O2C-related certification is an advantage.
