Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care in Metro Manila seeks an experienced Order to Cash (O2C) Senior Manager to lead end-to-end O2C operations, including credit management, billing, collections, cash application, disputes, and customer master data. You will lead a team of O2C professionals and drive process improvements across the function.

You will partner with Finance, Sales, Credit, Customer Service and IT to resolve issues, monitor DSO and cash flow, and champion automation while ensuring SOX compliance

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of experience in Order to Cash or related finance function.
• At least 5 years in an O2C managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of O2C processes: collections, credit, invoicing, cash application.
• Proven track record leading teams and driving process improvements or migrations.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel; SAP experience is an advantage.
• Strong English communication; related certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end O2C operations including credit, billing, collections, cash application, disputes and customer master data.
• Coach, develop, and manage the O2C team to build a high-performing culture.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Credit, Customer Service and IT to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Monitor key O2C metrics: DSO, aging, bad debt provisioning, collection effectiveness and cash application.
• Identify and drive process improvements, automation, and system migrations.
• Lead initiatives to shorten O2C cycle times and improve cash flow and accuracy.
• Ensure policy compliance, SOX requirements, and regulatory obligations.
• Communicate O2C performance, risks, and improvement plans to senior stakeholders.

We are looking for an experienced Order to Cash (O2C) Senior Manager to lead end-to-end O2C operations and drive operational excellence across credit management, billing, collections, cash application, dispute management, and customer master data. This role will lead a team of O2C professionals, partner with key stakeholders across the organization, and champion process improvements and automation to improve cash flow, efficiency, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee end-to-end Order to Cash operations, including credit management, billing, collections, cash application, disputes, and customer master data.
• Manage, coach, and develop the O2C team while fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
• Partner with Finance, Sales, Credit, Customer Service, and IT to resolve operational issues and improve overall process execution.
• Monitor key O2C metrics, including DSO, aging, bad debt provisioning, collection effectiveness, and cash application performance.
• Identify and lead process improvement, automation, systems migration, and transition initiatives.
• Drive initiatives to reduce O2C cycle times, improve cash flow, increase accuracy, and enhance customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOX requirements, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Manage escalations and effectively communicate O2C performance, risks, and improvement initiatives to senior stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accountancy, Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 12–15 years of experience in Order to Cash or a related Finance function, with at least 5 years in an O2C managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of O2C processes, particularly collections, credit management, invoicing, and cash application.
• Proven experience leading teams and driving process improvements, systems migrations, or operational transitions.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications; SAP experience is an advantage.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Accounting, Finance, or O2C‑related certification is an advantage.
