Job summary

Advanced Energy in the Philippines seeks a Senior MSR Engineer to oversee New Product Introduction activities, ensuring models are developed and launched in alignment with KRAs. The role reports to the Program Manager and interfaces with Engineering, Factory, and Planning teams.

You will drive production readiness, monitor NPIs through to mass production, support capacity planning, and help maintain MRP alignment, with a focus on safety and continuous improvement in a high‑tech manufacturing

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in NPI, manufacturing operations, or production coordination.
Proven experience in production planning, MRP systems, and build readiness from NPI through mass production.
Strong cross-functional coordination with Engineering, Factory, Planning, and Program Management teams.

Responsibilities

Coordinate production deliverables and build plans with Engineering and Program Management.
Ensure production build readiness with Engineering and Factory teams.
Track parts and align MRP with Customer Service through PM build plan updates.
Lead NPIs through to Mass Production with capacity planning and manufacturing plans.
Support safety programs and process improvements across manufacturing.
