Job summary

Advanced Energy Industries, Inc. is seeking an NPI/Program Manager to oversee New Product Introduction in our manufacturing environment. You will coordinate engineering deliverables, release build plans, and align MRP with production and customer service to meet monthly targets.

Key duties include monitoring model demand, driving product performance reviews with factory and design teams, and ensuring a smooth transition to mass production while upholding safety targets.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Engineering course.
• Minimum 3 years experience in product realization and program management.
• Good understanding of supply chain and logistics; knowledge of Oracle, SharePoint and iPRO.

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly revenue targets and coordinate with engineering to release build plans.
• Coordinate MRP alignment and capacity planning with production and customer service.
• Coordinate with planners to chase and expedite critical parts to meet the build plan.
• Drive product performance reviews between factory teams and design engineering.
• Oversee the transition from NPIs to mass production and ensure safety targets are met.
