Job summary

Advanced Energy in Cavite, Philippines is seeking an NPI Engineer to manage new product introduction projects for magnetics and cable assemblies, ensuring readiness and a smooth transition from development to mass production.

You will coordinate build readiness, BOMs, drawings, jigs, materials, and test capabilities; lead stage reviews, track milestones in JIRA, and work with cross-functional teams to meet delivery commitments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or related field.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in magnetics and cable assembly manufacturing.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Distribute the M&C Matrix after the PSU kickoff.
Develop and maintain build readiness checklists.
Ensure BOMs, drawings, jigs, materials, and process/test capabilities are in place.
Assign build stage categories per part number for production reference.
Monitor NPI projects and coordinate with teams to resolve issues.
Lead transition of NPI units to mass production with sign-offs.
Ensure build reports are completed and approved at each stage.
