Job summary

Confidential Company in the Philippines seeks a seasoned Manufacturing Operations leader to oversee Production, Quality, Process Engineering and Project Management. You will drive NPI and mass production, ensuring quality, on-time delivery, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

You will lead cross-functional teams, optimize KPIs, and steward capacity planning, equipment investments and cost programs to support business growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• 10+ years of managerial experience in manufacturing operations (EMS/semiconductor preferred).
• Strong leadership, people management and decision-making skills.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of manufacturing KPIs, operational excellence, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead RFQ, NPI, and production ramp-up activities to meet customer requirements.
• Manage manufacturing operations to achieve targets in quality, delivery, productivity, and profitability.
• Drive continuous improvement through KPI monitoring and operational excellence initiatives.
• Oversee capacity planning, equipment investments, and cost optimization programs.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure operational readiness for business growth.
• Lead and develop cross-functional teams across Production, Quality, Engineering, and Materials.
