Job summary

Sercomm Philippines Inc. in Laguna seeks an NPI/Production Coordinator with a background in Electronics or Industrial Engineering and at least 2 years in manufacturing.

You will bridge floor to management, coordinate NPI setup, track materials, and maintain ERP systems while supporting Agile processes. Responsibilities include preparing NPI work orders, coordinating production resources, organizing product launches, and reporting on NPI issues.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering or other engineering degree.
• Minimum 2 years experience in manufacturing/production environment.
• Ability to build relationships from floor level to management and foreign support.
• Communicate requirements and facilitate instructions based on product demands.
• Equip with technical knowledge.
• Experience in handling NPI set-up.
• NPI work order and schedule preparation.
• Material full kit status tracking and pull-in.
• System maintenance (Notes, ERP, Agile).
• Production resource coordination.
• Work order phase in/out planning per ECR.
• Opening meeting for product launch.
• NPI reports and issue tracking.
• Other tasks may be assigned by superior.
• Can work under pressure with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production resources to meet schedules
• Prepare NPI work orders and production plans
• Track full kit material status and pull-in
• Maintain Notes, ERP data and support Agile processes
• Lead opening meetings for product launches
• Prepare NPI reports and track issues
• Escalate issues and coordinate with floor and management
• Perform other duties as assigned
