Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Tier 3 IT Support & NOC Agent to provide highest level technical escalation, monitoring oversight, incident response leadership, and infrastructure improvements across client environments.

The role combines deep technical expertise with proactive operational responsibility to ensure stability, performance, and reliability. You will drive root cause analysis, automation, and proactive service delivery while supporting reactive escalations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT or related field.
2+ years in network operations or NOC roles.
Experience with incident management and escalation handling.
Strong routing, switching, and VPN knowledge.

Responsibilities

Monitor infrastructure and analyze performance trends and KPIs.
Respond to alerts within SLA timeframes and manage incidents end-to-end.
Escalate complex issues and coordinate with Tier 4 teams and vendors.
Apply firmware updates, configure network devices and perform change management.
Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VPN, and security-related issues; analyze traffic.
Lead root cause analysis and document lessons learned for improvements.
