Job summary

CallTek is seeking a Tier 3 IT Support & NOC Agent to act as the highest-level escalation in client environments. The role combines deep technical expertise with proactive operations to ensure system stability and reliability.

The engineer will lead root cause analyses, drive monitoring strategy, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve services. On-site work and rotating shifts are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of network operations or NOC experience.
• Experience with incident management and escalation handling.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, VLANs and QoS.

Responsibilities

• Monitor infrastructure using SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios, Zabbix or Cosmos and analyze performance trends.
• Respond to alerts/outages within SLA timeframes and manage incident lifecycle.
• Coordinate escalation to Tier 4 and vendor support during major incidents.
• Configure routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs and perform change management.
