Job summary

Staff4Me is seeking a Tier 4 IT Support / NOC Engineer to own the most complex escalations and mentor others. You will coordinate with VIP accounts, Brand Managers, and client executives while leading special projects like site planning and deployments.

You will analyze infrastructure health through SNMP data and logs, collaborate with Network Engineering, and drive improvements across the production network. This is a high-visibility, office-based role with remote work options.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field required.
3+ years in network operations, NOC, or senior escalation roles.
Experience owning executive-level or VIP escalations and mentoring staff.

Responsibilities

Serve as the final escalation point for Tier 3, handling high-impact incidents.
Coordinate with VIP accounts, Brand Managers, and client executives on escalations.
Own end-to-end communication and resolution for executive-level cases.
Provide real-time assistance to Tier 2 and Tier 3 teams and brand teams.
Lead special projects including site planning, design, and deployment.
Analyze SNMP data, logs, and syslogs to identify infra faults and drive improvements.
