Job summary

CallTek is seeking a Tier 4 IT Support / NOC Engineer, the final escalation level that handles the most complex, high-impact incidents including VIPs and client executives.

You will mentor Tier 2/3 engineers, own escalation communication end-to-end, and contribute to strategic projects such as site planning, deployment, and infrastructure health analysis using SNMP data and logs. A Bachelor’s degree is required, with 3+ years in network operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of network operations, NOC, or senior technical escalation experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience mentoring or providing real-time technical guidance to Tier 2/Tier 3 staff.
• Experience supporting site planning, design, or deployment projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the final point of escalation from Tier 3, resolving the most complex and highest-impact incidents.
• Work escalations originating from VIP accounts and escalations raised directly by Brand Managers or client executives.
• Own communication and resolution ownership for executive-level and brand-sensitive cases end-to-end.
• Provide real-time assistance to Tier 2 and Tier 3 engineers on active cases.
• Coordinate support activities with brand-specific Project Managers and client stakeholders.
• Participate in site planning, design, and deployment projects and post-deployment validation.
• Lead root cause analysis and document corrective actions for recurring issues.
• Monitor security event logs, perform vulnerability assessments, and ensure regulatory compliance.
