Job summary

CallTek is seeking a Tier 4 IT Support / NOC Engineer in the Philippines to own the most complex escalations and mentor teams. You will coordinate with VIPs, Brand Managers, and client executives while driving strategic projects and infrastructure health analysis.

The role requires advanced network knowledge, incident resolution skills, and the ability to communicate clearly with leadership during high-visibility incidents. Hybrid work options may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of network operations, NOC, or senior technical escalation experience.
• Experience owning executive-level or VIP account escalations.
• Mentoring or providing real-time technical guidance to Tier 2/Tier 3 staff.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the final point of escalation from Tier 3, resolving the most complex incidents.
• Own communication and resolution for executive-level and brand-sensitive cases end-to-end.
• Provide real-time assistance to Tier 2 and Tier 3 engineers on active issues.
• Coordinate support activities with Brand Managers and client stakeholders.
• Lead special projects including site planning, design, and deployment of new locations.
• Analyze SNMP data, logs, and syslogs to isolate faults and drive root cause.
• Architect and manage Hybrid AD, Azure/Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 across client environments.
• Monitor security event logs, respond to incidents, and ensure policy compliance.
