Job summary

CallTek, Inc. in the Philippines seeks a Tier 4 IT Support / NOC Engineer to own the most complex escalation cases and mentor Tier 2/3 teams.

You will act as the technical authority on high-visibility incidents from VIP accounts and client executives, and you will coordinate communications with leadership. You will lead special projects, deploy new locations, analyze infrastructure health with SNMP and logs, and collaborate with Network Engineering, ERT, and vendors to integrate new technologies

Qualifications

• 3+ years in network operations, NOC, or senior escalation.
