Job summary

Staff4Me is seeking a Tier 3 IT Support & NOC Agent to act as the final escalation for complex incidents within client environments. The role combines deep technical expertise with proactive monitoring, incident leadership, and infrastructure improvement across networks and systems.

You will lead root cause analysis, design monitoring strategies, and guide both reactive escalations and proactive service delivery while coordinating with engineering, field teams, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of network operations or NOC experience.
• Experience with incident management and escalation handling.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, VLANs, QoS.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network infrastructure and performance across LAN/WAN/MPLS/SD-WAN.
• Respond to alerts and outages within SLA timeframes.
• Coordinate escalation to Tier 4 and vendor teams.
• Configure routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers; perform firmware updates.
• Document post-incident RCA reports and drive improvements.
