D2B is seeking a Senior Mortgage Credit Analyst Support to bridge the gap between our brokers and Melbourne-based Credit Analysts. This role involves interpreting lender policies, assessing complex income structures, and delivering audit-ready deal packages for credit review.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in Australian residential loan processing, strong serviceability knowledge, and proven CRM experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Australian residential loan processing, submissions, or lender credit assessment.
• Strong understanding of serviceability mechanics (buffer rates, HECS/HELP treatment, credit card limit loading, LVR/LMI thresholds).
• Articulate written/verbal English skills with a proactive approach to highlighting potential file issues.
• Experience with Australian mortgage CRMs; MyCRM (LMG) is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Deal Preparation & Structuring: Collect, audit, and analyze client financial documents using Hello packs and MyCRM; Perform serviceability calculations, income shading, HEM benchmark comparisons, and DTI analysis; Analyze self-employed financials and identify allowable add-backs; Interpret lender credit policy to determine appropriate lender fit and flag decline risks early.
