Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in mortgage broking, loan processing, or credit assessment.
• Strong knowledge of residential lending policy across major Australian lenders.
• Proficient with CRM platforms, ideally Infynity or similar mortgage broking tools.
• Demonstrated ability to read a credit file and identify issues.
• Proven experience managing a loan pipeline from lodgement to settlement.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Lodgement Review of loan applications for accuracy and lender policy compliance.
• End-to-end Pipeline Management from submission to settlement; chase updates and conditions.
• Process & Quality improvements, SOPs and compliance with privacy and licensing.
