Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of NCCP guidelines and lender checklists.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Loan packaging and submissions: collect docs, assess serviceability, input data, submit files.
• Pipeline management from lodgement to settlement with timely MIR clearance.
• Inbox triage and client updates, maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Coordinate between clients, lenders, solicitors and real estate agents.
