Job summary

D2B, a premier Australian mortgage advisory firm, seeks an experienced credit analyst to join our high-growth operations in the Philippines. You will manage technical assessment, credit structuring, and compliance packaging for residential loan applications.

Working with senior leadership, you will audit documents, calculate borrowing capacity using Quickli and lender calculators, prepare submission notes, and maintain accurate records in the CRM and lender portals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Australian mortgage broking, credit analysis, or loan processing.
• Strong knowledge of residential lending policies and responsible lending standards.
• Experience using Quickli, ApplyOnline, and broker CRM systems.
• Excellent written English and meticulous file management.

Responsibilities

• Perform Credit & Income Assessment for PAYG and complex self-employed structures.
• Prepare deal packaging, submission notes, and pricing requests for lenders.
• Conduct Compliance QA to address gaps before broker sign-off.
• Order and review valuations when required; maintain CRM and lender portal records.
• Create lender comparison reports to justify proposed lending strategies.
