D2B is seeking a Senior Credit Analyst in the Philippines to support mortgage brokers throughout the end-to-end loan processing cycle. You will collect documents, perform pre-assessments, prepare proposals, and submit applications while liaising with clients, lenders and referral partners to ensure compliance and a seamless customer experience.

The role requires strong credit analysis skills, excellent communication, and a client-focused approach.

Competenze

• Solid 5 years experience in credit analysis in an AU Mortgage Broking Industry.
• Exceptional customer service.
• Strong understanding of mortgage, asset finance, personal loan and business/commercial loan products and application processes.
• Experience in loan processing, financial services, or a related field.

Mansioni

• Liaise internally with Directors, Mortgage Brokers, Broker Support Team.
• Liaise externally with Clients, Lenders and Banks, Solicitors and Conveyancers, Referral Partners, Real Estate Agents.
• Accurately prepare, review, and submit loan applications in a timely manner by referring to submission/checklist and following standardised processes.
• Verify client information and documentation to meet lender requirements and compliance standards.
• Liaise with lenders, solicitors, conveyancers, real estate agents, clients and referral partners to track progress and resolve issues.
