Job summary

A staffing solutions company in BGC Taguig is looking for a BPO Senior Associate MIS. You will create forecasting and staffing models, providing analytical support for business initiatives. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 3 years of experience in MIS/RTA preferably in BPO, and is proficient in PowerBI and Excel. Qualifications

• 3 years of MIS/RTA experience, preferably in BPO/Shared Services.
• Knowledge of MIS Scheduling tools (PowerBI, VBA, Macros, Excel).
• Strong knowledge with MS Office Tools, particularly Excel.

• Ensure optimal staffing by creating forecast and staffing models.
• Provide resource planning oversight to divisional business units.
• Build effective working relationships with business partners.
