Job summary

TASQ Staffing Solutions seeks a MIS Senior Associate to optimize staffing for business partners in BGC Taguig. The role emphasizes forecasting, reporting, and capacity planning to ensure optimal workforce levels for inbound centers and processing teams.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in MIS/RTA with strong Excel, Power BI, VBA, and macros skills, plus excellent communication and partner collaboration abilities. Onsite work in BGC Taguig. ASAP start date.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree graduate in any field.
• 3 years of MIS/RTA experience, preferably in BPO/shared services.
• Proficient in Excel and Excel formulas for reporting.
• Exposure to Scheduling, Capacity planning, forecasting, and reporting.
• Knowledge of MIS Scheduling tools (PowerBI, VBA, macros, Excel).
• Strong MS Office skills with emphasis on Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to listen and build rapport.
• Update CV to clearly show MIS/RTA experience, reporting via Excel/Power BI, forecasting, scheduling, and capacity planning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree graduate, any field.

• Higher proficiency than RTA when it comes to Excel and creating reports using Excel formulas
• Must also be exposed to Scheduling, Capacity planning, forecasting, and reporting.
• Knowledge with using MIS Scheduling tools (PowerBI, VBA, macros, and Excel)
• Has strong knowledge with MS Office Tools (Excel in particular)
• Effective listening, empathy, building rapport, and excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that their business partner's workforce is staffed optimally by creating forecasts and staffing models, providing analytical support for business initiatives as well as market conditions, and making recommendations supporting business decisions.
• Provides resource planning oversight to one or more divisional business units; engages as a trusted advisor, anticipating issues and opportunities.
• Builds effective working relationships with business partners; proactively communicates trends or concerns and makes data-supported recommendations.
• Works with business partners to identify upcoming initiatives and/or changes to the business model that would impact volumes or staffing; determines how changes to the drivers of business activities will ultimately affect staffing needs.
• Generates volume forecasts for clients' inbound contact centers and/or processing departments; maintains and updates forecasting models using both standard and advanced statistical techniques.
