Job summary

TASQ Staffing Solutions in Taguig, Philippines is seeking a Call Center Senior Associate MIS (BGC Taguig) to support MIS/RTA, forecasting, and reporting. This onsite role requires experience with scheduling tools and strong Excel/MS Office skills.

You will work with business partners to analyze data, forecast volumes, and optimize staffing across shifts. The ideal candidate has 3 years MIS/RTA experience, is comfortable with Power BI, VBA, and macros, and can communicate findings clearly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 3 years MIS/RTA experience in a BPO/Shared Services.
• Exposure to Scheduling, Capacity planning, Forecasting and Reporting.
• Knowledge with MIS Scheduling tools (PowerBI, VBA, Macros, Excel).
• Strong MS Office Tools, especially Excel.
• Strong initiative, analytical, and client-focused.

Responsibilities

• Forecast and staffing models to optimize partner workforce.
• Provide analytical support for business initiatives and market conditions.
• Build relationships with business partners and communicate trends with data.
• Identify initiatives affecting volumes and staffing; advise on changes.
• Generate volume forecasts for inbound contact center and processing units.
• Maintain forecasting models using standard and advanced techniques.
• Monitor drivers (volume, handle time, shrinkage, occupancy) and recommend actions.
