Job summary

TASQ Staffing Solutions seeks a MIS Senior Associate to optimize staffing for business partners in BGC Taguig. The role emphasizes forecasting, reporting, and capacity planning to ensure optimal workforce levels for inbound centers and processing teams.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in MIS/RTA with strong Excel, Power BI, VBA, and macros skills, plus excellent communication and partner collaboration abilities. Onsite work in BGC Taguig. ASAP start date.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree graduate in any field.
• 3 years of MIS/RTA experience, preferably in BPO/shared services.
• Proficient in Excel and Excel formulas for reporting.
• Exposure to Scheduling, Capacity planning, forecasting, and reporting.
• Knowledge of MIS Scheduling tools (PowerBI, VBA, macros, Excel).
• Strong MS Office skills with emphasis on Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to listen and build rapport.
• Update CV to clearly show MIS/RTA experience, reporting via Excel/Power BI, forecasting, scheduling, and capacity planning.

Responsibilities

• Create forecasts and staffing models to optimize partner workforce.
• Provide analytical support and act as trusted advisor to business units.
• Communicate trends and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Identify changes to business models that affect staffing needs.
• Maintain and update volume forecasts for inbound centers; use advanced statistics for forecasting.
