Job summary

A staffing solutions company is seeking a Senior Associate MIS/RTA in Clark, Pampanga. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of MIS/RTA experience, proficiency in PowerBI and Excel, and strong analytical skills. Responsibilities include developing staffing models, providing insights for business initiatives, and collaborating closely with partners. Qualifications

• At least 3 years of MIS/RTA experience, preferably within BPO or Shared Services.
• Proficient in MIS Scheduling tools and MS Excel.
• Willing to work in shifts and able to work onsite in Clark.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain forecast and staffing models.
• Provide analytical support and insights for business initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with business partners on staffing needs.
• Monitor staffing drivers and advise the business on adjustments.
