Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking an experienced Microsoft Teams Administrator to oversee administration, configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and support of Teams across a large Microsoft 365 environment.

You will collaborate with Microsoft 365, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive and AV teams to ensure a reliable, secure Teams experience while enforcing governance, security, compliance, and policy alignment.

Qualifications

• Experience administering Microsoft Teams in a large enterprise environment.
• Ability to configure and manage Teams policies, channels, meetings, and apps.
• Strong governance and security mindset for Teams and related services.

Responsibilities

• Administer Teams via the admin center and manage teams, channels, and membership.
• Configure and enforce messaging, meeting, and calling policies.
• Troubleshoot audio/video, connectivity, recording, and sharing issues in meetings.
