Job summary

Lenovo PCCW Solutions seeks an experienced Microsoft 365 Technical Lead to drive delivery, support, security, and governance of enterprise M365 services. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft 365 engineering, administration, or enterprise support environments.
• Experience leading, coordinating, or mentoring IT support/operations teams.
• Strong hands-on expertise across Microsoft 365 services, Entra ID, Intune, Defender, Purview, and Azure tenant administration.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes, change management, and CAB governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Microsoft 365 administration, support, and operational activities.
• Serve as day-to-day liaison with Information Security to ensure security and governance alignment.
• Manage core Microsoft 365 workloads: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive.
• Administer Entra ID, Conditional Access, Intune, Defender, and Purview.
• Drive incident management, RCA, and problem management for complex issues.
• Lead change management activities including CAB reviews and planning.
• Ensure SLAs and security policies are followed across services.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver secure services.
• Support Azure tenant administration and integration with M365.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
