Job summary

Allegion plc seeks a Digital Workplace Administrator to provide L3 support and engineering for Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Exchange Online, and Teams across our global operations. You will enhance collaboration services, drive automation, and support M&A migrations and platform standardisation.

Reporting to the Digital Workplace Manager, you will own advanced troubleshooting, design solutions, and enable user adoption while coordinating with Security, Identity, and Service Desk teams to ensure

Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years’ experience administering Microsoft 365, with strong hands-on SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online.
Experience operating at a 2nd/3rd line support level and owning escalations.
Strong understanding of enterprise collaboration and communication technologies.
Experience with PowerShell or similar scripting languages for automation.
Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 architecture, governance, and dependencies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Able to work in a fast-paced, global environment with multiple priorities.
Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proven ability to work collaboratively across globally distributed teams.
Travel may be required to support M&A activities, onboarding, and integration efforts.
High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

Act as the third-line escalation point for complex incidents and service issues across Microsoft 365 tools.
Provide advanced administration, configuration, and optimization of the Office 365 environment.
Lead root cause analysis and problem management to implement long-term fixes.
Design and deliver collaboration solutions aligned to business, security, and compliance.
Support global M&A activities including tenant-to-tenant migrations and standardisation.
Develop and maintain automation and tooling (e.g. PowerShell) to streamline administration.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and implement user-centric solutions.
Maintain technical documentation, standards, and operating procedures.
Work with Security, Identity, Infrastructure, Service Desk teams for end-to-end alignment.
Provide guidance and escalation support to upskill team members.
Deliver user training and adoption support as required.
