Job summary

Empower LLC invites a Retirement Plan Consultant to join our Manila team. The role is client-facing and production-driven, driving new retirement plan adoption and onboarding employers into PEO, PEP, and MEP solutions.

You will work with business owners and senior decision-makers to assess needs, propose solutions, and guide implementation. Incumbent will own the full sales lifecycle from referral through onboarding, while achieving production goals and delivering a high-quality client

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the retirement plan industry (sales, consulting, or account management).
• Strong ability to deliver high-quality client presentations.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline and meeting production goals.
• Proven knowledge of retirement plan design, pricing, and investments.
• Ability to explain complex retirement concepts clearly to clients.

Responsibilities

• Drive retirement plan adoption through a structured, consultative sales process.
• Manage end-to-end sales and onboarding, including documentation and timelines.
• Coordinate with Sales, Implementation, Client Service, Compliance, and Testing teams.
• Provide ongoing consultation on plan amendments and optimization opportunities.
