Responsibilities

• Define benchmarking and transformation roadmap methodology.
• Apply domain expertise and playbook methodology consistently across engagements.
• Lead client stakeholder facilitation and relationship management.
• Approve final process designs before client delivery.
• Develop and coach direct reports on process redesign and leadership.
• Coordinate with technology and delivery partners to align deliverables.
