Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Transformation Designer to own end-to-end process redesign leveraging AI integration. You will lead discovery, design, and adoption, collaborating with cross-functional teams and executive sponsors.

You will embed AX Design principles into process specs, shape AI agent experiences, and mentor junior practitioners while contributing to proposals and business development. Strong leadership and industry expertise are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-8 years of experience in process excellence or management consulting
• Experience leading client discovery workshops and presenting to senior leadership
• Experience using AI-assisted tools for benchmarking or workshop facilitation
• Experience designing future-state processes with AI integration and adoption plans
• Proven ability to build benchmarking analyses and change-impact assessments
• Deep expertise in at least one industry or functional domain

Responsibilities
