Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
• Experience leading and coaching teams in a consulting setting.
• Proven ability to facilitate workshops and present to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Define the process redesign standard and govern its application across engagements.
• Embed AI into future-state design and operating model changes.
• Lead client facilitation, workshops, and governance for approvals.
• Govern methodology across portfolio and ensure quality delivery.
• Manage and develop direct reports and coordinate with technology partners.
