MicroSourcing International in Quezon City is seeking a Senior Manager for People & Partnerships to oversee client operations, drive growth, and ensure service quality across the Philippines operation.

You will lead a team of account managers and specialists, coordinate site maintenance, security, and regulatory compliance, and collaborate with management to implement policies and programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years experience as Operations Manager.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Strong MS Office proficiency (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a set of client operations and deliver key metrics and growth.
• Assist clients in setting up Philippines operations and drive growth.
• Lead People & Partnerships team to become the clients' best partner.
• Ensure site compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
